Brain food for concentration that you should eat before taking an exam

A test or examination is an educational assessment intended to measure a test-takers knowledge, skill,physical fitness, or classification in a subject or a particular topics

For many students taking a test can be stressful. Some Reasons include poor past test performance or fear of failure, the pressure some students put themselves in can cause severe test anxiety. 

Eating food that will help you better concentrate and remember what you have studied for an exam helps keep your focus and increase your chance of passing your exams.

Healthy brain food for studying includes: Protein — meat, fish, eggs, poultry, legumes, nuts and seeds, dried beans and lentils, dairy products and soy products. Protein helps your brain send messages to the rest of your body, and helps create brain chemicals that improve your mood.

Fish are a great source of Omega-3 protein, which is great for boosting brain functionality, making you alert and concentrate more easily. Great fish to eat include herring, trout, mackerel and sardines

Food that boosts your brain

  1. Blueberries.
  2. Turmeric.
  3. Broccoli.
  4. Pumpkin seeds.
  5. Dark chocolate.
  6. Nuts.

Water is necessary and will keep you hydrated, also healthy drinks such as milk and small amounts of fruit juice.

Note: It’s best to avoid sweet drinks and energy drinks.

Reminder: On the day of your exam, stay away from foods made of white flour, such as cookies, cakes, and muffins, which require added time and energy to digest.
